I believe this problem is fixed in the latest releases.

    Update to Current..

    And check that out.

    hmmm...

    try. the following.

    /scripts/fixeverything

if that dont work try a force install

    /scripts/upcp --force

I dont know what exactly this error is... but thats what I would try anyhow.

Maybe submitting a support ticket to cpanel would be an appropriate measure.. Atleast asking them what the problem is so you can fix it.

    Try this:
    chattr -i /tmp/ixed
(this may break your Fantastico, especially if you run an cpanel version previous to 9.9.2 (build 5)).

    Thank you

No it won't, and in fact it may fix it if it is broken

If you still see SG errors after upgrading, try running checkphpini.

Unhappy any security issue on this

    Hi:

Is there any security issue, if we make the /tmp/ixed immutable.

No security issues, but there's no reason to do it. You shouldn't have permanent files in your /tmp partition, that's not what it's for.

Update to latest STABLE version of cPanel, then run /scripts/checkphpini, you won't need the silly /tmp solution.
