The cron jobs which my users enter in cPanel can't be saved.

    Nope

If you want help from us then you need to provide error logs of why its failing and a lot more info as to exactly whats happening and when

or hire a server admin to look into it

or ask whoever you purchased your license through to help you

The error logs show no information. When clients try to safe there cron jobs using cPanel it says 'save succesfully'. But when they visit the cron jobs page again no cron job settings are displayed.

Are you sure that there's nothing in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log?

And also check /var/spool/cron/<username> and see if its writing anything there and if the syntax is correct
