CSF killing services

Services are getting shut down abruptly caused by CSF/LFD.

Internal Server Error

Premature end of script headers: /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_csf.cgi: Please check / usr / local / cpanel / logs / error_log for the exact error.

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log shows this:

(internal death while parsing [stdin]) Wed Feb 11 23:15:03 2009 [27826] error: Undefined subroutine &main:wcheckos called at /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_csf.cgi line 20.
at /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_csf.cgi line 20

I uninstalled CSF and reinstalled it, same problem. This is also a VPS container.

Services are still failing and being restart including LFD:

CSF does't kill services unless you enable it in the configuration options. It's off by default.

Make sure: PT_USERKILL = 0
