Custom Blacklists?

Is there an option in WHM to set up blacklists? I seem to be getting a lot of spam from the same addresses, and while Thunderbird does a great job of auto-deleting it, I'd rather not have my server have to deal with it in the first place.

There's a good chance that I just missed the option (or perhaps it's in the Pro version). Please note I'm not talking about user-specific blacklists. I'm looking to implement server blacklists, whereby I can block an email address or even an entire domain.

I attempted to do a search, but it seems to be broken as a search for "blacklist" returned nothing, and I find it extremely hard to believe there are no posts regarding blacklisting.
