Default customer can not enter 2082/2083

    Hi,

One of my customer can not enter 2082 and 2083 ports. The strange thing is that the authentication dialog or if pressed cancel to that, a form asking for a user and password is coming to him. what could be the source of his problem?

Your customer needs to allow traffic thru port 2083 2082 by adjusting firewall /router setting
