Customize starting page

I know this is probably on here, but I couldn't find it. Sorry for what's probably a simple question.

My nameserver is ns1.mydomain.com. I've changed the homepage located at mydomain.com, and that's fine, but where do I find the page located at ns1.mydomain.com?
