Customize Suspend Account template

Hello,

i have a few clients with Suspended Accounts that i want them to display a different message or template file, but i don't want to change the Suspend Account Default Template because is correct for the other Suspended Accounts these accounts are just an "exception", is this possible to do? how?

I think you might be able to do this although I've not tried it. When an account is suspended the .htaccess file in public_html is edited and this line added:

RedirectMatch .* /cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

I would guess you could edit that line to point to some other page if you wanted.

but the .htaccess file seems to be empty (0 k) :|

When the account is suspended, the original .htaccess if there is one, I believe is renamed and the new one with that one line in it is added. Be sure the account is suspended and that you can view "dot" files to view the newest .htaccess file.

If there is no .htaccess file at all, that account should not be suspended. The .htacess is a part of that process, there must be one.

Well, you're right.
I don't know why but the public_html had an empty .htaccess file, but I've noticed that the 'web' directory had a .htaccess file with all the properties you've indicated, after modifying the URL it worked fine for me, in booth client accounts.

Not sure what you mean by web directory, but as long as you got it working thats all that matters.
