Daily Process Log "140% MEM usage"?

I need an explanation about memory usage percent...

I just noticed an account that is using around 140% of memory on one server.

How is this possible? How are those details collected?

dcpmon is a compiled binary so I can't find out from the code...

Can someone from cPanel please explain how does dcpmon binary collect memory usage data and how can 140% memory usage be possible?
