Default Daily reports on web scripts sending mail

Can anyone tell me how to run or configure the script that sends daily reports of which webscripts (php/cgi) have sent large amounts of mail during the day (good for spotting when web scripts have been exploited).

I've seen it running on a whm/cpanel server before, but want to make sure its running on another.

    Thanks!

It's a closed-source binary which is run as part of the daily /scripts/upcp cron job. AFAIK, there are no configuration options for it.

Thanks chirpy - do you know what email address the report is sent to? And is it only in a certain version (release/edge?) of cpanel?
