We generate a CSR, registered with a GEOTRUST, installed it according to the docs at http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/ . Now we cant get back into WHM. What the hell is up with that?

Hello, we generated a CSR for our servers host name so that we would not get the annoying popup. We registered a GEOTRUST cert and installed it. After following the instructions to install the damn thing WHM went dead. Now we cannot access anything at 2087. So what do we need to look for as root? /usr/share/ssl/certs contains a few certs matching our host name. Some named .old some named crt. Not sure what we need to do with these.
