Data Base Creation - Auto

Hi, looking for a way to get cpanel to create a database as soon as an order has be payed for through WHMCS. I would also like for it to auto install joomla into this db but i don't believe this is as easy, Does anyone know if automatic db creation is possible if so how do i go about it?

Cpanel has a script API that can be used to create accounts and you can
script the setup process to do most anything you want easy enough.

It's been a while since I played around with WHMCS but I'm pretty sure
you can have it trigger your setup script on payments because this is
how we used to setup client accounts a few years ago and we also
had a lot of custom additions to user accounts at creation time as well.
