Data Transfer Warnings

I was curious - does a user get the 80% data transfer warning email at the same intervals as the administrator (~ every 8 hours)? Some of my users are 80% through their bandwidth with a few days left in the month (but don't go over) and I feel that it must annoy them if they indeed get these warnings every 8 hours.

I also wanted to ask, is there a way to:
- Change the % data transfer that they are warned at?
- Change the body of the warning message?
- Change the frequency of the emails?

And how about a feature in WHM that would allow us to give a temporary bandwidth "bump" to any single account without having to fudge with packages, etc.

I'd like to be able to tell customer Y - hey, you're about to go over. I'll sell you another GB for 2$, that should get you over the end of the month.

Or even just bump my best clients for free...

But have it all reset at the end of the month.

I don't have root, so I doubt that I could add such a script...
It would be great to have that as a function of the actual product - after all, it costs a bloody fortune to licence...

You can enter a feature request here or ask your host if they will add custom scripts. They may not because customizations would have to be redone whenever a cpanel updated causes changes to the WHM skin.
