DATA_ERROR_MAGIC (-5) error when updating Cpanel.

Only noticed this today when running a manual update via WHM, this is the list of errors I'm getting

This error will have happened to everyone with manual and / or automatic updates.

Looks like their updating servers are down at the moment.

We are moving a few update servers around to accommodate the windows product space needs. These errors should go away once this process is complete.

What tree are you using? If you are using RELEASE is should already be resynced.

You should be able to force it to find one of the update servers that isn't being updated right now by removing the MirrorSearch directory. This will force a rescan for mirrors


rm -rf /root/.MirrorSearch/
