Database creation bug.

I seem to have stumbled upon a problem.

I was trying to create a database (using the database page, not the wizard) and it kept telling me the database was created successfully but when I go back the database is not there.

So I went to use the wizard and it tells me that I have exceeded the maximum number of databases for that account.

So frontend/x3/sql/index.html appears to not pick up on the failure to create a database due to limits.
