I was checking this morning and was pleased to see the server adjusted itself correctly for daylight savings time.

I have daily backup files I create in a cron job. The file name has a timestamp in it. I noticed that the file created date, which always matches the file name, all rolled forward 1 hour. That doesn't make sense. If a file had a creation time of 1:30am on 3/1/09, why would it change to 2:30am after DST?
