Do any one know where can download the ddos tools?
I would like to ddos my server to see my setting is effective of blocking the ddos attack.

I might suggest you go study up on what a ddos is before you start asking where to find the tools. Typically a given servers ability to survive a ddos has little to do with a website or service being available. So your test would prove little other than your ignorance of the subject at hand.

I don't think anyone is going to give you links to abusive programs like that. APF firewall has some fairly decent DDOS blocking, and it will send you warnings if a DDOS is detected. Why not install that and configure it for DDOS protection?
