Even though I have dedicated IP switched off in the packages, whenever I create an account it assigns it a dedicated IP, so I am currently in a position where i can't add any new accounts.

It won't let me move any other accounts to the shared IP as that has become dedicated to one of the domains.

I have tried creating a new package but that still gives the same problem.
