Dedicated IPs listing only ftp domains

Recently used the IP migration tool which is a great little script. My issue is it did not move over ftp.thedomain.com entries which are still hanging. I checked pureftpd.conf but I don't see a setting there. Where is this being pulled from so I can correct it?

Where do you see the entry "ftp.thedomain.com"? Do you mean ftp.thedomain.com is not resolving to your new IP? If that's the case, you need to check the DNS zone of the domain either from

WHM >> DNS Functions >> "Edit a DNS Zone" option

OR

/var/named/domainnme.tld.db file

If this is not what you are referring to, could you explain a bit more?

Trying to remove the old IP but it is bound to an ftp.thedomain.com still.

Rebuild IP Pool corrects this.
