Default account creation page

When you create a new account on the server and the dns resloves you get something like this.

How to i change that to when i make a new account, i can set it up to make a custom page ??

Make your custome page, and put it in your cpanel3-skel/public_html directory. Anything in here is copied over upon account creation.
