How can I edit default ACL?
The 'Server Information' is enabled in default.

If master reseller creates sub resellers, then default ACL applies to sub resellers accounts automatically.

cPanel/WHM does not natively support sub-resellers. I recommend you consult with the manufacturer of whatever plug-in you are using that adds this functionality to our software.

If, instead, by "master reseller" you mean root user and by "sub resellers" you mean resellers, then let me know.
