Default DNS TTL's

Is it possible to change the default DNS TTL's? When you create an account WHM sets the TTL at 14400 and the minimum at 86400. It also defaults the retry to 7200 and the expire to 3600000. I would like these values lowered during account creation rather than having to edit each DNS zone manually. Which of course is useful when moving domains between servers. Any ideas on how to change these default values in WHM/Cpanel?
