Default email space is out of control. Can we change all default emails to fail

Thousands of accounts added the default email as catch all, but now we have accounts with 2 plus gigs of email they don't even care about.

Anyone see a script that change catch all as the default to fail ? I have seen it before actually here on this forum.

Also is there a way to remove all the catch all emails server wide?
