Default index.html page

When i create a domain on the Cpanel i want a default page of my company should come automatically.Can you please guide me where i have to upload that html so when ever i create a site and first page will be shown that Under contstruciton page of my site will be shown automatically.

Check in WHM > Account Functions > Skeleton directory - this should explain everything you need to know and do
