Is there any way to have a default page for sites that are terminated but who's nameservers point to my server?

When you terminate an account, all its files will be deleted. Although the domain name is still pointing to your server, it won't be accessible since it is not online any more.Originally Posted by miskox

Yes, you can. If you create a cPanel account for the purpose using a spare domain or a subdomain and then simply park that deleted domain against that account. It'll then display that site until the nameserver records are changed.Originally Posted by miskox

Perhaps the option you needed was suspend. Which using your upload of proper message, says the web site is not available pending resolution of some kind of issue. (Used in cases when payment is late and you need to generate client attention or such.)
If terminated was the correct response, but you still want to show a site, you have many options. One is to have a local site such as created something like a site such as: terminated.mycompany.com which you then park the terminated site. That would need to be a generic site for such issues. What you would show would be your issue. Network Solutions uses a "this site is not available, but we have others" type of response, which may be what you were looking for.
Ourselves, we redirect to a: "Site is no longer available. Please use this search option to find similar sites." That result is redirected to google. On the way we do advertise ourselves. However, we make sure to do our best to not create misunderstandings between, the requested site, the hype, and try again.
Hope this was what you were looking for.
