    Exclamation Default website page.

    Hello,

I have installed WHM on dedi. I put the NS1 and NS2 a same IP. But when I create accounts, the user's domain get resolves in to a IP which shows the "Default website page", instead of showing his index.html page. How to get rid of this?

    Hello

Try checking to see if the IP address the domain name resolves to is the same IP address that is assigned to the account. These will need to match in order for the web page to display properly.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It is not matching.! It is not resolving to the main shared IP. It is resolving to my WHM IP . How to make it function correctly?

You might try going to WHM > Account Information > List Accounts page. There you'll see this account, and the IP its using. You can mouse over that IP shown and click the icon to the left, to edit. Next page select the proper IP it should be using, and click Change.

Double check your nameserver IPs on the server and at your domain name registrar.

In: WHM > Networking Setup > Resolver Configuration check to make sure that Info is correct and click Continue to set again.

Sounds like a perfect time to contact cPanel Support. In WHM, top right corner is a drop down menu titled Support. From there select Contact cPanel.

Please do post back what you find out.
