delay when add accounts.

We update Cpanel and WHM on version (WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.6-S27225), and now when I create account - creation account delayed for a moment "Verifying MX Records and Setting up Database" and do this 1 or 2.5 minute. (Created account is good and worked).
For create one account require 2 to 4 minutes, but before update - account created 0.5 max 1.5 minutes.
Please help us - which involves this problems. And how can we solve it?

That's abnormally poor performance for cPanel/WHM. You may want to have our technical analysts take a look at your server to figure out why this is happening. You can do this by submitting a support ticket.
