    Default Delete each domain's access logs after stats run

    what exactly does this option in tweak settings do and mean?

    Uhm, after your server runs your web log analyzer of choice (analog/webalizer/awstats, etc.) nightly, it will delete the access logs from the site, to save your disk space. Otherwise, your domlogs directory can get super big and cause Apache headaches.

    We have it enabled.

    The problem is that sometimes it delete the logs without update the stats, and there is when you get a lot of people complaining
