delete folder from shell

one of the accounts i have was auto suspended because bandwidth exceeded, no after i un-suspended it, all files were removed to a new folder named oldhtml
how can i completely remove this folder and all the files in this folder from shell ?

rm -r for directories
rm -rf to force deletions
