Deleting analog directory in TMP directory ?
A client ask me if it is possible to delete analog directory in TMP directory and not to do somethign wrong to the Cpanel statistic program (except statistic data is deleted)
And is it possible to somehow control how much this statistics data will use space on disk. I mean, is it possible somehow to setup this statistics programes to keep just past max 4 months of statistics ?

You can delete the directory, no problem--you will just loose all of the analog stats.
If you want to rotate stats so that only x months are available, this is probably something you will have to write yourself. Or try google, maybe someone has already done this.
