    Default Deleting email accounts manually

I had a client who created an email account with the name a&rm@domain.com. They had problems deleting the account from the control panel since it has the ampersand in the address name. I thought by simply deleting the user's mail directory, everything would no longer be seen in cpanel. However, even after deleting the user's mail directory, the account still shows up in cpanel? Where else does the address name exist that I must delete?

    Default

    ~username/.popaccts (just a placeholder/list for cpanel)
~username/etc/ (pop3 auth config files within)

Remove the lines from those places and you should be golden.
