As far as I know, virtfs is hard-linked to the system files. Thus deleting the virtfs, also deletes the system files with the same names.![]()
There surely has to be a way of unlinking virtfs, but I do not know howThis thread may be of help:

The problem I had was actually with httpd.conf. Which I was able to fix.
As for virtfs, i know its got something to do with shell access or something.

Indeed, virtfs goes hand in hand with shell access.
You didn't mention anything about httpd.conf in your original postNevertheless, I am glad you got your problem sorted out

Thats because I thought it was related to virtfs, then I found that the redirects were missing from httpd.conf cpane --> 2082, etc.
