Hi,

Could you please update what the line " /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/CpKeyClt.pm line 132 " says .

We suggest the following :-

1) Confirm your server hostname is resolving properly

2) Firewall is disabled

3) Use the universal nameservers under /etc/resolv.conf

4) Also try /scripts/fixeverything and /scripts/checkperlmodules

If the above steps do not work then please submit a ticket to cpanel.
