Our Tech did a force update to Current and it when away - knock on wood
when restarting service or running apache status we, at times, also get "Died at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulk.pm line 92." error
usually the server is under load at the time..
how do we fix or address it?
I'm knocking on this. Also get Died at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulk.pm line 92 - and a high server load on one of our servers.

Hi David,
Why exactly is this happening? Cause I get it every now and then, and then when I refresh the page it's gone. It's really annoying, and to log a support ticket for every server that causes it, randomly feels like a waist of time

That would be outside my range of technical knowledge. However, it has been reported in this thread that there may be a correlation between high server loads and the appearance of this error. If this is happening seemingly randomly, I recommend checking the server load when you see this error to see if there is a correlation.
Hi David,
I also thought about that, but it's really really difficult to keep an eye on load, cause it happens totally random. And by the time I login to the server via SSH, and run top to see if it is caused by high load, then the error doesn't appear again when you reload the page.

The load averages displayed at the top of the WHM interface are for 1 minute, 5 minutes and 15 minutes. However, if resource utilization is only peaking for a short period of time (e.g. 1 second), there may not be significant indication of this in those load averages (as they are averages over periods of time).
it's not the load. One of our servers with this issue had barely any load.
Trying /scripts/fixeverything right now. Hope it works.
Anyone figured this out yet?
