Default Different IP when using remote access

    Hi,

I'm using remote access to create web accounts for a hosting environment. However, for some strange reason, the remote access feature sets a different IP than the one that is used whren I create accounts through the WHM. The IP address I'm talking about is the one that appears on the "List Accounts" page).

Does anyone know the reason for this? Thanks in advance !

    Default Same problem

Can someone please reply to this because I'm having this problem too. Also, while I'm here. I have still been unable to find a remote way to modify account settings.

    Thanks

The reason for my problem was that I was trying to create an account with a package that didn't exist (I had misspelled the package name). You might want to look into that.
