DigiChat With Cpanel & SSH

i want ask how can i make start up script for digichat by ssh i have make this stip (i have al ready install digichat)

1-login to ssh as a root
2- enter this command (pico /etc/rc2.d/digichatstart)
3-then i have but insaid it this code (/root/DigiChat_Server &)
4-chmod +x /etc/rc2.d/digichatstart
5-then i have make reboot to server

but when server back the digichat is not work and i ahve another thing when i run digichat by this comman

/root/DigiChat_Server &

the digichat work but when i disconnect SSH the digichat also disconnect are there any any way to make digichat work for 24 hour on server
