Directory named \t\t\t\t at root of filesystem after update

Looks to be an empty directory:

It's likely that this is created by a script that was attempting to add the characters into a file. I'm not sure where it came from though. I'd recommend thoroughly checking your system if you find this as I haven't seen it with any consistency.
