disable cgi all package
I want to disable cgi all package.

I go to edit my package , cgi can disable but it's problem some account.

Some account edit diskspace manual. If I edit pacakge it effect in diskspace all account.

I want to disable cgi only and don't effect disk space manual edit.

How to do it?
