Disable IP in WHm but NOT on server

I need to remove a IP address from WHM/cPanel but not from the server. I am installing openVPN and I need it to use port 80 on one of my unused IPs. How can I remove an IP address from useage by WHM/cPanel but still have access to it on the server so I can have openVPN respond on port 80 not apache?
