Disable Mail Routing in Create Account

Is there any way to turn off the Mail Routing Settings in the account creation screen and just have it default to remote mx. We will never use our cpanel servers as mail hosts for the domains. Part of the hosting package we offer is full mail hosting on a hardened mail system that 40,000 people already use. Since the new options showed up in the latest cpanel version some of our resellers are worried that their CSR's may get confused by those options, so I would like to just turn it off and default to remote. I searched the forums and looked at all options in the control panel, even totally disables the cpanel mail system but that option still shows up.

That option won't cause any problems unless anything is changed from their Or from the server side.
