Disabling exim service + other unwanted services

Exim is making a big load besides pop and CPanel so I'm trying to disable unneeded services from WHM->servcie manager, so it said

I'm using google apps to handle mail pop and smtp so I just need exim just as sendmail but I can't get rid of "exim (pid 29737) is running..."
