In some sites, the control panel shows that the hd is full, due to this error the client receives a lot of emails telling him that he is running out of space. Using shell I try a du -sh ./ in /home of each user, I see that the space used is less than the number show in control panel, the client reclaims the same: he is not using that amount of space. I have this problem in a lot of sites.

I try to fix the problem running the following scripts: /scripts/fixcuotas. /scripts/fixcommonproblemas, /scripts/fixeverything and I have upgraded the cPanel but the problem remains.

Some suggestion?

What can I try to do in order to fix the quotas issues?
