Disc used not showing for /home2 accounts.

Hi folks, a few months ago i had the server hosts add a second home partition as the first one was getting full. I have noticed that although new accounts are automatically made on home2 the space they are using isn't shown on the list accounts page (just says 0.00meg) and it does not show on their cpanel page either.
Can you tell me why it is not being displayed.
