Disk Space Quots Are All INCORRECT!?!

Hello,

Today I was reading a few emails from my consumers to find that a lot of my consumers have got incorrect readings on quota, it measures way to much over what they really are using. Eg, they received an email saying warning quota has newly reached maximum limit note you are using 1129.9% of your available disk space, obviously 100% is the max :/ and its not measuring it correctly. Some users record using 505MB when infact are only on 2 - 3 MB of used space any ideas at all, appreciated for anyone who can help. Thanks in advanced

Using the disk space report feature inside customer´s Cpanel I have noticed that
some customers mailboxes' directories appear twice. I guess that it would be making
that the reported space is report wrongly. WHM/Cpanel is reporting as if the space
used were growing way fast!

What do you think? is this normal
