Disk Usage Incorrect

Hello. I have many sites that use scripts that allow for uploads that are assigned as user "nobody". Because of this the disk space usage is not correct for these sites. I know that I can go in via SSH and chown -R username.username * to get the correct usage for the sites, but we're talking about over 1500 sites. Is there are easier way to do this?

Long-term, you may wish to enable SuPHP and SuExec so the files are created as the user rather than user nobody.

As the scripts will be running as the user, files created by the scripts will be owned by the user - therefore resolving your particular issue where files are not counted towards the quota since they are not owned by the user.
