Dns (bind)

Hello,

I'm trying to get my server I just setup working, it's been about 48 hours or more now since I pointed a couple domain names at it and they have zone records setup correctly (from what I can tell), however neither is working on they're getting connection refused or in the case of one it almost seems to be pointing off to somewhere else now.

So decided to use the restart DNS/Name Server (BIND) feature in the WHM which resulted in this error:

rndc: connect failed: connection refused

Though it also says that Bind started ok. Is this something that I should be worried about and what does it mean?

Means that your zones won't be updated. You might search for "rndc error" on the forum. Have attempted to point several other people in the right direction but lately it seems that the typical fixes are solving the problem.
