DNS cluster odd behavior...

We have a new server, running CentOS 5 w/ cPanel 11.

Randomly, the DNS clustering fails. Zone files are not put on the our clustered nameservers, named.conf is not updated. This is very random... I would say about 30% of the time. It's driving our new customers crazy when they create addon domains, etc.

I see no error messages while creating domains in /var/log/messages, secure, /usr/local/cpanel/logs. Is there a specific log I should be looking in for clustering? A way to turn on debug messaging so I can see where it's snarfing up?
