DNS Clustered Server (Standalone)

I'm just installing the DNS Standalone Server from cPanel module. But I have a problem where I cannot access the DNS Server to clustered it with my current server. My question is, I running this DNS Server behind our main server in the office using Windows SBS 2003 R2 with RRAS configuration and NAT. Is this will be OK?

So far, I'm trying to accessing the DNS Server using local IP in the Local Network, but no respond received. It's just a Unable to connect that is mentioned in the web browser. Does anyone can help please?

Keep in mind, cPanel DNS-Only is only designed to cluster with other cPanel servers. You may wish to attempt to move the server outside the NAT firewall to determine if this is a NAT-related issue or not.

If you submit a support request regarding this, our support team will likely ask you to move the server outside of the NAT firewall before they begin troubleshooting as to eliminate NAT-related issues as possible causes of what you are experiencing.

This morning when I reboot the DNS Server, I found out that there was several cPanel Services is failed to start. Do I need to reinstall the DNS module?

Yes, this cPanel DNS Server will be used with cPanel Server for DNS Clustered.
