Question DNS Issue Weird thing.. I hope you can help me with this

I have 4 nameservers, two for normal accounts and two of them for the resellers accounts:

ns1.domain.com
n2.domain.com

ns1.reseller.com
ns2.reseller.com

Ok, one reseller told me that he has a .com.ar domain in his whm and sometimes he can see the site and sometimes not. I checked firewall settings and everything is ok. I think the problem involve this:
I ran a DNS Report at www.dnsreport.com and I got this:

WARNING. The parent servers (I checked with ctina.ar.) are not providing glue for all your nameservers. This means that they are supplying the NS records (host.example.com), but not supplying the A records (192.0.2.53), which can cause slightly slower connections, and may cause incompatibilities with some non-RFC-compliant programs. This is perfectly acceptable behavior per the RFCs. This will usually occur if your DNS servers are not in the same TLD as your domain (for example, a DNS server of "ns1.example.org" for the domain "example.com"). In this case, you can speed up the connections slightly by having NS records that are in the same TLD as your domain.

It says that if the NS record extension is different of the domain it could cause some problem.

Should I create ns1.reseller.com.ar and ns2.reseller.com.ar and point them to the .com.ar domain??

Thanks in advance.
