DNS problem

I created an account 5 days ago and changed the nameservers when I created it but the site doesnt show up. This happens for all sites on that server. After 6 or 7 days they start working.

I restarted bind.

nslookup works on the server its on

host domain nameserver
doesnt resolve

host domain
resolves only on the servers its on.

Has anyone else had this problem?

How do I fix it?

It seems as the named wouldnt restart by creating new accounts or by the restart bind feature in WHM. But it worked via the command line. Has anyone else had this problem?
