Dns Redirection Is Possible? How? wait comments

I have two DNS address setup on my server ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com both with fixed address of course.

In the other side I have a webserver with dinamic IP address, but I´m using a no-ip.com subdomain as ns server, ex: ns1.myserver.serveftp.com

can I redirect ns1.domain.com to ns1.myserver.serveftp.com.

I want to do this in a way that the user enter his site address, the dns resolves directly myserver.serveftp.com cause of the redirection.
